Central Behavioral Healthcare Inc. is a private practice organization supported entirely by patient and client fees.  Fee are self-paid or paid by insurance coverage.  Based upon amount of time with the therapist, the fee is the same for each psychologist and social worker. 

Our fees are comparable to those of other area behavioral health practices.  Our group is a provider for most of the area major health insurance carriers.  Please be aware that the amount of insurance coverage varies with each health insurance plan and it is your responsibility to understand how your insurance works and determine if your plan requires preauthorization for services.  Please see "Forms" for additional details.

We ask that fees be paid at the time of each visit.  If you are using  insurance coverage and your plan requires a co-payment or deductible, we request that all fees not covered by insurance be paid at the time of each visit.  For some types of behavioral health services, such as court ordered evaluations, other payment arrangements may be paid. 

For your convenience, you may pay by check, cash, or Master or Visa credit card.
