Appointments

 

     

 

All services are provided by appointment only.  Office hours are usually from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Sometimes arrangements can be made for evening or Saturday morning appointments.

Appointments typically last 50 minutes.  Please print out and complete forms prior to your appointment and bring them with you.  Just click here to get the necessary forms.  If you do not do complete the forms in advance and bring them, arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to complete forms before your  first appointment.

Our administrative staff is trained to match each patient's needs with a therapist, taking into consideration special skills and availability.  If you do not request a specific psychologist or therapist, ask our staff to help you find a good match.
